TopNurse.info is an online CNA exam preparation platform operated by Skyian LLC. We provide practice quizzes, adaptive study tools, an AI-powered study assistant (“Gini”), and premium study plans for nursing assistant exam candidates.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use TopNurse.info, how we use it, the choices you have, and the protections we apply. It applies to our website, our practice tools, and our premium subscription services.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address.

Usage data. We collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the dates and times of your visits.

Quiz answers and scores. When you take practice quizzes or exams, we store your answers, scores, and results so you can track your progress.

Quiz Enhancer data. Our adaptive practice features rely on additional learning data, including your practice performance, weak-area analysis, and spaced-repetition progress (for example, which topics you are scheduled to review and when).

Payment data. Premium subscriptions are processed through our payment processor at shop.topnurse.info. We never receive or store full credit or debit card numbers.

• Providing the service — operating your account, delivering quizzes, saving your progress, and grading your practice attempts.
• Personalizing your practice — adjusting quiz difficulty, highlighting weak areas, and scheduling spaced-repetition reviews based on your performance.
• Improving our content — understanding which questions and topics users find difficult, so we can improve our materials.
• Customer support — responding to your questions and resolving issues.
• Marketing — sending promotional emails only where you have consented or where otherwise permitted; you can opt out at any time.

Gini is an AI-powered study assistant available on TopNurse.info. When you send a message to Gini, your conversation is processed to generate a helpful response. Some or all of this processing may be performed by a third-party AI service provider on our behalf.

Please do not enter sensitive personal data — such as medical records, health conditions, government identification numbers, or financial details — into the AI chat. Use Gini for study questions only.

Gini’s responses are study guidance, not professional advice. They do not constitute medical, nursing, legal, or other professional advice, and they should not replace your coursework, textbooks, or official exam preparation materials.

The Quiz Enhancer uses learning analytics to personalize your preparation: it tracks your practice performance, identifies weak areas, and schedules spaced-repetition reviews to help you retain material.

• What we track: answers, scores, question-level performance, weak-area analysis, and review-scheduling progress.
• Why: to adapt practice to your level and show you meaningful progress — not to profile you for unrelated purposes.
• Retention: learning analytics data is retained while your account is active so your progress and review schedule remain intact. See Section 13 (Data Retention).
• Your control: you may request deletion of your learning analytics data at any time by contacting hello@topnurse.info. Deleting this data will reset your progress tracking and adaptive recommendations.

TopNurse.info offers premium study plans: a 7-day plan for $9.99, a 30-day plan for $19.99, a 90-day plan for $39.99.

• Checkout: payments are handled via our secure checkout at shop.topnurse.info. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Billing emails: we use your email address to send receipts, renewal reminders, and subscription notices.
• Refunds: refunds are handled according to our Pass Guarantee and refund terms, described at /refund-policy/.
• Terms: your use of the service is also governed by our Terms of Service.

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

• Essential cookies — required to keep you logged in, remember your quiz progress, and keep the site secure. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, session duration, approximate location) so we can improve it.

Requests will be answered within 45 days of verification (extendable as permitted by law).

TopNurse.info is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact hello@topnurse.info and we will delete it promptly.

Our services are operated in the United States, and your information is stored on servers located in the United States. If you access TopNurse.info from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

• Account data — kept while your account is active.
• Quiz and learning analytics data — kept while your account is active so your progress, weak-area analysis, and review schedule remain available; deleted at your request.
• Billing records — retained as required for accounting and tax purposes.
• Usage and analytics data — retained in aggregated or de-identified form where it can no longer identify you.

When you delete your account or data, we remove or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

Material changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated to you by email. Continued use of TopNurse.info after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
