How to Verify CNA License in Alaska?
There are different ways to verify your CNA license:
- If you want to verify your status online, visit the Alaska Board of Nursing website at https://www.commerce.alaska.gov/. and enter your name, date of birth, and license number. It will provide a link to click on for verification purposes.
- If you want to verify your status by phone, call the Alaska Board of Nursing at (907) 269-8169 and ask for verification process information.
- You can also visit the registry office in person during the office hours and ask for verification process information.
How to Renew CNA License In Alaska?
In Alaska, certified nursing assistants must renew their license every two years. To renew their license, they need to complete 24 hours of continuing education and must have 160 hours of paid works.
