OHFLAC has a contract with PHD (Professional Healthcare Development) to administer their nursing assistant certification examination.
CNA License Requirements in West Virginia
West Virginia state law requires all CNAs to complete an approved 120 hours of training and pass the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) exam administered by (PHD) Professional Healthcare Development.
